By creating an account or using ViStudio by 2D Content Studio ("ViStudio", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You own the plans, shot lists, client details, invoices and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to operate the service. Share links you create are viewable by anyone who has the link.
Quick Plan suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review all schedules, budgets and details before relying on them.
ViStudio Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional or referral Pro days have no cash value.
Invoices in ViStudio are for tracking only. ViStudio does not collect, hold or guarantee payments between you and your clients and is not a party to those arrangements.
Do not use ViStudio for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using ViStudio.
