Account details (name, email, sign-in provider), the content you create (Content Days, schedules, shots, crew, budgets, clients, invoices), app settings, and basic usage information such as when you were last active.
To run ViStudio, generate plans you request, manage your subscription, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Trusted service providers that help us operate: hosting and database, our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and an AI provider that processes the text you submit to Quick Plan. Anyone with a share link you create can view what that link exposes.
Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your data is private to your account. Other creators cannot see your Content Days. Administrators can view account-level information to provide support, but not the contents of your Content Days.
You can edit or delete your Content Days at any time and request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us at support@getvistudio.com.
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable time after account deletion, unless we must keep it by law.
